Shipping & Handling

Business Days:

Monday - Friday.

Orders received by 11am EST on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 11am EST will ship the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

 

 

Shipment Timing

If you have a question about the status of your order, please reference the tracking number in your confirmation email and call us at support@sexintoys.com. Please allow 24 business hours to receive a response. Thank you for shopping with us!

Orders Tracking
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped.You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.
